In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "nag88", "we", "us", "our" refers to the nag88 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://nag88.bio.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the nag88 platform.
• "Platform" means the nag88 website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated services available at https://nag88.bio.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the nag88 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your nag88 Account wallet, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to your Account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the nag88 platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Taka" / "৳" / "BDT" means the Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
• "Working Day" means any day that is not a Friday, Saturday, or declared public holiday in Bangladesh.

Use of the nag88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. nag88 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated systems, and proxies are not permitted to register Accounts.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of nag88 or any of its affiliated service providers, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

To access the full range of nag88 services, you are required to register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active Account on the nag88 platform. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be suspended, all bonuses will be voided, and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. nag88 reserves the right to close any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
• Identity Verification (KYC): nag88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit documents — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill — to verify your identity, age, and payment method before a withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
• Username and Password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party. nag88 will never ask for your password via email or live chat.
• Account Integrity: You agree not to sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

nag88 accepts deposits exclusively via the following approved payment methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

• bKash mobile financial service
• Nagad mobile financial service
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking)
• Upay mobile financial service

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by nag88 at a platform level, though individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits. All deposits are credited to your nag88 wallet Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 60 seconds.

You acknowledge that all funds deposited to your nag88 Account must originate from a payment source that you own and are legally entitled to use. Deposits originating from third-party payment sources will be rejected and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

nag88 does not accept cash deposits, bank transfers, cryptocurrency, or credit card payments at this time. If any deposit method is found to have been used fraudulently or in connection with money laundering, nag88 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, freeze the Account, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have been verified through the KYC process before any withdrawal is approved.
• Any applicable Wagering Requirement attached to Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request approval, subject to payment provider processing times. In practice, the majority of withdrawals to bKash and Nagad complete within 1–4 hours.
• nag88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers an internal review threshold.

nag88 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. However, individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may charge their standard transaction fees as per their own published rate schedules. nag88 has no control over third-party payment provider fees.

nag88 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, or other promotions from time to time. All promotional offers are governed by the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer at the time of issue:

• All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The specific Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly before you opt in. nag88 will not retroactively increase the Wagering Requirement after a bonus has been claimed.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses are intended for individual player use only. Claiming the same bonus multiple times through multiple Accounts, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings.
• nag88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that this does not affect bonuses already claimed and in-progress wagering.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account automatically.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the nag88 platform:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. nag88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances described in the applicable game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before any wager is placed. It is your responsibility to review the applicable bet limits before wagering.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or interruption during a game round, nag88 will resolve the situation in accordance with the published game round resolution policy. Where a game round cannot be completed and the outcome cannot be determined, all bets placed on that round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's Balance.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the applicable studio operator (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi) in addition to nag88's own platform rules. In the event of any conflict, nag88's platform rules shall prevail.
• Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to the specific market rules displayed for each event. Void rules, dead heat rules, and settlement procedures for each market are described within the betting interface.
• nag88 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or game session where there is reasonable cause to suspect a technical error or irregular betting pattern.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nag88 platform and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using a stolen or unauthorised payment method, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or any other method designed to circumvent the intent of a promotion.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any form of software that interacts with the nag88 platform in place of genuine human interaction.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players during live casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the nag88 platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to otherwise obscure the origin of funds.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software errors, pricing errors, or incorrectly displayed odds. Any winnings arising from such exploitation may be voided.
• Minors Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the nag88 platform by any person under 21 years of age.

You agree to:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the nag88 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the nag88 platform without the prior written consent of nag88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nag88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interruption to service due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond nag88's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet service provider failures, and acts of government).
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by nag88's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may close your nag88 Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet meeting Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the standard KYC verification requirements.

nag88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Conduct that nag88 reasonably believes constitutes fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Any other circumstance in which nag88 reasonably determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or nag88's legal obligations.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, nag88 reserves the right to retain any Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and to offset any real-money Balance against losses suffered by nag88 as a result of the breach.

nag88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, nag88 will provide reasonable advance notice via a notice displayed on the platform or via email to your registered email address. The effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions will be clearly stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the nag88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The version of these Terms & Conditions bearing the most recent effective date is the version that governs your use of the nag88 platform.
